返送用のプリペイドラベルを私は持っていないし顧客の住所から我々の受取住所（アメリカ）までの送料も分からないので提供方法が分からない
アマゾンが発行するプリペイドラベルは無いのですか？それに掛かった送料を我々の売上から天引きしてもらう事は出来ないのですか？
もしそれが無い場合は一旦顧客に返送料を負担してもらい後に返金するという方法を取るべきですか？

I received a return request from a client.
I'd like to cover the cost of returning the product, but how should I proceed?
I don't have the prepaid label for return, and since I don't know the cost of sending the product from the client's place to our address of reception (in the US), so I don't know what I can offer.
Does Amazon issue a prepaid label? And is it possible to deduct the cost of shipping from our sales amount?
If that option does not exist, should we ask the client to cover the cost of returning the product and then issue a refund?
