私が返送した荷物が長期に亘ってポーランドの税関で留まったままです。EMSに問い合わせたところ、国によっては課税金を支払わなければ配達が出来ない仕組みがあるそうです。
先方は実質的に関税を支払わないで、受け取りを拒否し、時間を長引かせて問題をなきものにしようというプランです。
明らかな出品違反ですので、問題の対処に介入して頂くようお願いします。

The parcel I sent back to has being stopped at the customs in Poland. I asked to EMS and found that depending on a country there is a system that we must pay for the charge, otherwise goods are not delivered.
They substantially plan not to pay the tax and refuse to receive the goods by taking it long and pretending nothing is happening.
As this is a clearly against the law, would you please deal with the problem?

After making an inquiry with EMS, it seems that in some countries if you do not pay tax ten delivery cannot be completed.
Essentially if the receiving party does not pay the tariff, and refuses to accept it the package, this plan prolongs the time and attempts to get rid of any issues.
This is a violation of the goods, so I request that you intervene to deal with the issue.
