私が返送した荷物が長期に亘ってポーランドの税関で留まったままです。EMSに問い合わせたところ、国によっては課税金を支払わなければ配達が出来ない仕組みがあるそうです。
先方は実質的に関税を支払わないで、受け取りを拒否し、時間を長引かせて問題をなきものにしようというプランです。
明らかな出品違反ですので、問題の対処に介入して頂くようお願いします。

The items I sent back have been held in Polish customs for a long time.
