第11条(明け渡し)
① 本契約が終了したときは、乙は、甲と協議のうえ定めた期日までに自己の所有物を自己の費用で収去し、原状に復したうえ、明け渡す。
② 第1項の場合において、乙は何らの名目をもってするも移転料、立退料その他これに類するものを請求しない。
第12条(損害賠償)
乙は故意及び過失を問わず本件建物に損害を与えた時は甲に対して損害賠償をしなければならない。

Article 11 ( Surrender)

by the date determined after consultation between A and B, and surrender with
the original state.
2) in the case of Paragraph 1), B does not charge for expenses of removal , move-out and
others equivalent even if there are some nominal reasons.
Article 12 (Compensation for losses)
Regardless of a conscious intention and negligence, B shall bear the compensation responsibility to A
if B causes some damage to the building on this matter.
