Even though you were at home when item was delivered, the delivery person left absent notice and brought back the item, is that right? I'm very sorry about that. In that case, if I request investigation it will take time as it will be an international request. I'm very afraid to take your time, but will you inform the following tracking number at your nearest post office and ask them "absent notice was left despite of my being at home, what should I do?". Sorry for taking your time.
