一人の遅れが全体の遅れになる。
工場内は規律を守り、全員がキビキビ動いている。
作業中の工場内での立ち話は極力避ける、手短に済ませる。
通常作業中の突発作業（非定常）は素早く済ませ、終了後直ちに持ち場へ戻り、通常作業に就く。
決められた要領、手順で作業を行えば想定した不良や災害は発生しない

Building of each person's awareness is the most important.

Everyone follows the the factory rules and work smart.
Try to avoid stand talking in the factory during the work as much as possible. Even if you cannot, you should talk shortly.
If you have any unexpected (non-constant) work during your normal work, finish it quickly and return to your place to get to your normal work.
If the predetermined manner and procedure are followed, there will not be any assumed defect or disaster.
