昨日、My eBayのメッセージBOXに私からのフィードバックの修正依頼のメールが
とどいていると思います。
先ほどeBayの担当に確認しました。
お客様にとどいているメールをクリックして
フィードバックの修正処理をすると、ニュートラルからポジティブに変更されるそうです。
そうすると評価のマークの色がグレーから緑に変わります。
お手数ですが、この変更処理をお願いいたします。
