当店がFBAで販売した時計(●●)については、次のIDで注文があり、2015年1月に顧客から返品がありました。

その後、顧客から返品処理が完了し、FBA在庫としては販売不能商品とされました。
このため、当店から次のオーダーで当店の指定場所への返品の注文を行いました。

Then the return process was completed from the customer, and it became non-sale merchandise as the FBA inventory.

この注文については、他の商品も含め時計２台の返品を注文したものでしたが、そのうちの1台(Order Item ID:●●)については、キャンセルとなりました。
その後、何らかの対応がされるものと期待していましたが、特に連絡がなかったので、どのような状況となっているのかについて調査の上、当方まで回答をいただければ幸いです。

Regarding this order, it was an order which included a return of 2 watches (clocks) along with other goods, and regarding one of the clocks (Order item ID : .. ) the status is now set to "cancelled".
We have been hoping that there will be some action taken after that, but we have not received any messages concerning this and we would like to ask you to kindly let us know what is the current state of affairs concerning the matter after you have found out the details.
