I am so terribly sorry to trouble you.
I just made a request to the Japanese postal service for them to track down the products.
The answer from the Japanese postal service was that on 3/4, the package was shipped from inside Japan, however, what happened to it thereafter is unknown.
After this, in order to track down the package I made an international research request to the Japanese post office.
However, it seems like it will take some time for them to conduct the research request.
Due to the problems stated above, would you prefer that I send you new products?
Either that, or do you want a refund?
