日本郵便からの回答は、3月4日に日本国内から発送したが、
この後の行方がわからないとのことでした。
そして、私は荷物追跡のため日本郵便に国際調査を依頼しました。
しかしながら、国際調査には時間がかかるようです。
これ以上、あなたにお待ちいただくのは心苦しいので、
私は新しい商品をあなたに出荷した方がいいですか？

I am so terribly sorry to trouble you.
I just made a request to the Japanese postal service for them to track down the products.
The answer from the Japanese postal service was that on 3/4, the package was shipped from inside Japan, however, what happened to it thereafter is unknown.
After this, in order to track down the package I made an international research request to the Japanese post office.
However, it seems like it will take some time for them to conduct the research request.
Due to the problems stated above, would you prefer that I send you new products?
Either that, or do you want a refund?
