However, regarding this trouble we surely dispatched the item it arrived at US once, and it was then returned to Japan because of unknown address.
We have processed resending the item.

I'm extremely sorry for the caused trouble.
However, we have shipped the product, and it has reached the US once, but got returned to Japan for unknown address. This is how it caused trouble.
