前回お話しましたが、当方以前にもガラスパネルが割れていたことがありました。
ですので梱包は厳重に特にガラスパネルは絶対に割れないようにとお伝えしました。
今回の商品の梱包は全然厳重ではないです。
緩衝材等全く入っていなくまた2重のダンボールでしたがただ重ねただけでは何も意味はないです。
USPSにクレームをしても梱包状態が悪いので申請は通りません。
ただ商品はガラスパネルを交換して使用致します。
ガラスパネルは自分で買いますのでガラス代の140ドルをご返金ください。
