That being said, I will have answers for you on this shipment very soon as I need to work out the door to door service along with the monies from the last load (I may need to use another provider from the last for door to door, however first I need to go through where error occurred and speak to vendor I used).

I know for sure you have a credit for over payment from original quote and weight being incorrect, and for that credit I can offer you a few options which I will go over once we have this shipment ready to go and I know how I can send it - I have options which may save you even more money. As far as you receving a credit of $300 I will have to talk to that company that quoted - they did quote air to the airport and that is stated with the quote which I have pasted and highlighted below, does not state to office address for rate given - this may be what they reply to me, however I will ask them again if they will offer credit for not providing door to door as I sent over for that quote.
