１. まず、報酬支払いの条件ですが募集要項にはSAATSに５０製品をアップロードした時に支払うとありますが、毎週日曜に締切その段階で貴方が２５製品しかSAATSにアップロードしていない時は、貴方との契約が＄１５の場合は＄7.50をその週に支払います。
２. 当初貴方とは仮の契約を結びます。そして、貴方にイーベイと日本のオンライショップで販売されている製品をエクセルファイルで 貴方に渡します。このファイルの情報をもとに製品をSAATSにアップして下さい。
この作業を数回繰り返します。
この作業を通して貴方が製品情報を正しく書き入れているか。
シッピングコストも間違いなく書かれているか、
発送手段・SAL、Air, EMSを正しく使い分けられているかを判断したいと思います。
この作業が正しく行われないと製品が売れなかったり、損失を出すことになるからです。
勿論この作業にも報酬は支払われます。
３. ２の作業がほぼ間違いなく出来るようになったらイーベイで売られている製品を日本のオンラインショップで同じ製品を探す方法です。これは後日説明します。

利益にシッピングポストは含まれません。
利益は最初３５％を見積もって下さい。

Prior to signing an employment contract with you, there are a few things I would like to confirm with you:
1. First, regarding our compensation agreement, stated in the position details the payment will occur when 50 products are uploaded on SAATS, however when you didn't uploaded only 25 products on SAATS at the deadline on every Sunday, we will pay you $7.50 in the week in the case the contract is you were $15.

We pay compensation for this work of course, too.
