Nobuhiko Umebayashi who is the section chief in charge of The Kyoto City, Nijo Castle Office and Shuhei Akahoshi who is the department manager of Kyoto Convention Bureau International Tourism Convention took the rostrum and introduced their approach to unique venue in Kyoto and some examples of utilization and so on.

Umibayashi told the purpose of "World heritage Nijo Castle MICE Plan Project", which is appealing Japan both at home and abroad by providing Nijo Castle which is a world heritage and houses a lot of national treasures and important culture properties for MICE.
