I did not say that the pre-amp was out of the cabinet or the packing of UPS. I said that the pre-amp did not reproduce sound when I checked it. I think it is impossible for me to have this pre-amp reproduce sound. So, as you say, I will return this pre-amp to you. Can you please refund the money? Thank you in advance.

I did not say anything like the amplifier was detached from the cabinet or was slipped from the UPS packing.
When I actually confirmed it there was only the sound problem; i.e. not able to hear any sound from the amplifiers.
Perhaps, it is impossible for me to resolve the problem.
As you said I will return this amplifier.

I'm not telling that the pre-amp was popping out of the cabinet, or it hadn't been wrapped by UPS's packing properly. It didn't work when I actually tried to use it. I can't probably make it work right. I'll return the amp as you said, so can I get a refund? Thank you for your consideration.
