私はプレアンプがキャビネットから飛び出していたとか、UPSの包装からはみ出ていたなんていってませんよ？実際に確認したときに、音が出なかったということだけです。おそらく私では、音を出すことは不可能です。あなたのいうように、このアンプはお返しします。なので、ご返金いただけますか？よろしくお願いいたします。

I did not say anything like the amplifier was detached from the cabinet or was slipped from the UPS packing.
When I actually confirmed it there was only the sound problem; i.e. not able to hear any sound from the amplifiers.
Perhaps, it is impossible for me to resolve the problem.
As you said I will return this amplifier.
So then would you refund the money?
