Regarding BACH TRUMPET
1. once I stop the 3rd. piston, it doesn't come back to the right position.
2. air is leaking out of the 3rd. piston.
3. the pitch is unstable as I blow.
4. tuning valve wouldn't come off.
I consulted with a repairman. The cause of #1 is the trace of repairing a flaw,made by hitting, at the outer side of the valve. Because the repair hasn't been done properly, the piston itself has got damaged and air is leaking out from there. The repairman said, "it can be repaired completely, but it will cost you as much as buying a brand-new one."
