次に不良についてご相談があります。
以前、不良品をYOUTUBEの動画にアップして報告しましたが、
あれから販売量も増え、不良もたくさん見付かりました。
今年の8月までは、御社から送られてきた製品をそのままの状態で
お客様に販売していました。
しかしながら8月以降は当社で全数検査しています。
また、検査で見付かった不良品はできるだけ良品として販売できるよう、
対策作業をしております。
Next, I would like to discuss about defects.
I reported defective items by uploading them on YouTube,
After that, the volume of sale has increased and many defective items were found.
I have sold those products sent from you company to my customers as they were until this August.
However, we are checking all the products since August.
In addition, we are working to deal with the issue so that we can sell by replacing defective products found at checking process to normal products.
例えばHOOKSの２つの内１つが不良であれば、（HOOKSは２個入りです）
同じように１つが不良である物の良品同士を組み合わせて１つの良品としたり、
パッケージが破れていたら、中身が不良品でパッケージが良品のものとパッケージを交換して１つの良品としたり、
余分な糸を切ったり、
カビが付いている製品も良くあるので、純水で拭き取ったりしています。
この作業は検査と縫製が得意なスタッフを担当にしました。
以上の作業によりできるだけ不良を最小限に抑えるよう努力しておりますがそれでも不良は出ます。
For example, if we find defects in one of two hooks (one package has two hooks) , we make another package by combining it with another hook which also has a defective pair. If a package is broken, we replace it to another good package in which defective products were put to make a normal package. We also cut extra thread and wipe moldy products that we often find with pure water. A staff who has excellent skill in products inspection and sewing handles these tasks.
We are making efforts to minimize defective products by the above tasks. However, we still have many defective products.
不良品を御社に報告する場合は、主な不良内容の画像とその数量をご提示すれば宜しいでしょうか？
それとも、
１つ１つ個別の画像が必要でしょうか？
１つ１つ個別の画像に加え、説明書きが必要でしょうか？
申し訳ございませんが数量が多いため、
以前の様に動画は撮れません。
また、不良品は送り返す必要はございますか？
当社でも十分気をつけますが、
不良品を２重で報告してしまうといった事も考えられますので、
この様な間違いを防止する何か良い案はございますか？

To report defective products to your company, is it sufficient to submit images and quantity of defective products or should we prepare images of each of these defective products separately?
Or Should we prepare a description in addition to each one of those images?
We are sorry, but we can not take images as before as the volume of the defective products is large.
We would also like to know if we need to return defective products.
We will take much attention to avoid to report you about defective products twice for a same product.
We would appreciate if you could advise us any idea about preventive measure.
