我々は、スムーズに取引するために、納期がかかる商品の販売はやめようと検討しています。

We are in trouble not being able to answer the customer's inquiry regarding when the purchased item would be delivered.
There are some cases that the order to be cancelled after the items are delivered to Japan because it takes more than a month.
We are considering to discontinue the sales of the items that would need long delivery time.
