paypalに電話で確認した所 私の本人確認が終わっていない為、そちらの返金を受け取れないようです。
そして本人確認が終われば もう一度、売り手側に返金処理をしてもらうように言われました。

When I called paypal to check, it seems I can't receive your refunded payment since I had not finished authenticating myself with them on the phone.
I was told that once I have authenticated myself, I will once again be able to have them handle return payments from sellers.
I'm sorry for all the trouble, but if you could try sending the refund back once more I would really appreciate it.
I have finished authenticating myself on paypal so it should work now.
