ダイバーシティと人づくりの今
5月29日、丹青社でNPO法人ユニバーサルイベント協会主催の「ダイバーシティ・トークイベント2014」が開催され、ディスプレイ、イベント業に加え、製造業などさまざまな業種から60名が参加した。
同イベントは、組織内の人材やコミュニケーションのあり方の多様化が進む昨今、いかにタイバーシティ（多様化）に向き合うかを共に考えようと企画されたもの。

May 29, of the NPO Universal Association sponsored an event called the "Diversity Talk Event 2014" held in Tanseisha, in addition to the industry related displays 60 people participated from a broad range of industries such as manufacturing.
The event was planned to consider recent diversification in human communication and human resources within the organization and their advancement.
