サムネイルの画像に以下のようなサイズの画像をただ縮小して表示しているなんて絶対に設計が間違ってます

It is not even a question. If you way is used, pictures on the detail page will be small, isn't it?

You should set pictures on the top page and category page to be 236px automatically.
The same thing can be said for when you share outside link.
You can't just compress the picture of the size below and use it on the thumbnail.

I know you already understand. I can see from your last reply that you are just pretending like you don't.
Everything except this is all good, so I'm really disappointed about this.
It could be the worst because you use pictures from other sites.
