了解いたしました。それでは、私たちが商品を出品する場合はブランドに直接確認を取ってから出品するか、Amazonから警告、アカウント停止されてから、そのブランドを削除するかのどちらかの方法しかないわけですね。
その場合、Amazonはアカウント停止を繰り返すとアカウントが永久停止される事もあると思うのですが、禁止（販売権利のない）ブランドを出した事によるアカウント停止は大目に見ていただけるのでしょうか？ 私たちは全てのブランドに一つ一つ連絡を取るのは現実的ではないと思っています。なので警告が来てからその商品を削除するつもりでいるのです。それを繰り返すとアカウント凍結される危険性はあるでしょうか？

それとその出品禁止のブランドは新品に限られるのでしょうか？
中古品もそのブランドでしたら出品禁止でしょうか？

We understood. So we can only either list items after we directly contact the brand company to confirm or delete these items after we receive the warnings on these items or after our account is suspended.
We assume that our account will be completely invalidated if the suspension occurs again and again. Does the suspension due to the listing of prohibited items (with no marketing rights) account as well?
We think it is not practical to ask you for every single brand, so we are planning to delete the products as soon as we receive the warnings on these products. Is there a possibility that our account with be invalidated if we do it again and again?

Do these prohibited products only apply to brand new items or also apply to used items?
