返品の理由が【色が異なる】との事ですが、この商品にはカラーが1色しかありません。
PCのモニターによって色の見え方に違いがあると思いますが、客のイメージ違いが理由でも返金しなければ
いけませんか?また、この商品は天然コルクで作られている商品なので個々に色の差が出るのは当然のこと
です。
新品の在庫があったので新品を送りましたが開封してますか?開封、使用されている場合は全額の返金は出
来ませんので状態を確認してから返金の対応をさせて頂きます。
