Based on this seller's descriptions, it'll be National Car Compo(nent) Cockpit!
I'm not sure about the car model or if it works.
It's from 35 years ago.
There are some scratches and damages. Also, it is a bit rusty.
It'll be better if a buyer understands these points.
Please judge based on the photos.
