私の計算では約320lbsでした。
しかし御社の計算では602.8lbsです。
私の計算方法が間違っているとは思えません。
再計算して、過払い金を返金して下さい。

The postage for the packages you mailed the last time was extremely high -- about twice what it usually is.
I measured the length, width, and height of the packages to calculate the dimensional weight. The calculation was 320 lbs. However, your company's calculation was 602.8 lbs.
I don't think there is anything mistaken with my calculation method. I would like you to recalculate and refund me the difference in postage.
