CO2 concentration has variations; for example it is high in early spring and low in summer. The current data of Hawaii and the data of the Japan Meteorological Agency have not reached to 400ppm. Average temperature of the earth is not determined only by the concentration of CO2 on the moment. So what has become of the average temperature in the global scale all through the year is more important.
