こんにちは。先日購入したデロンギEC702のコーヒーメーカーが届きました。お手配ありがとうございました。ところが付属のクリーナー(descaling solution)ですが、ビニールの袋の中に、容器の液体が漏れていました。しかも少しずつその量が増えていきます。どうやら容器の底面から漏れているようです。これでは今後使用に困りますの、新品のものを送って下さい。前回と同じフロリダの住所に送ってもらえれば結構です。ご返事お待ちしています。
Hello.I got the Delonghi EC702 Coffee maker I bought recently.Thank you for the arrangements.Although the attached cleaner(descaling solution),the containers liquid leaked inside the plastic bag.Moreover,the quantity of it has gradually increase.It seems that the leak came from the bottom of the container.I am very confuse using this in the future so please kindly send me a new one.It's alright to send it to the address just like before.I am looking forward for your reply.
