日本コンファレンスセンター協会(CBN-JP)は、1月30日に「第59回コンファレンスビジネス事業化研究フォーラム」を開催した。
59回目のフォーラムテーマは、「“創造性開発環境が貸し会議施設の究極の顧客サービス”」。コミュニケーションやアイデアの創出環境を目指す内容に、ホテル宴会場担当者、会議・研修施設運営者といったサプライアーから、ディベロッパー、オフィス家具、人材コンサルタントほかコンファレンスの周辺関連企業など約30名が集まった。
