卵焼き。卵焼き、玉子焼き（たまごやき）は、溶いた鶏卵を調理器具で焼きながら巻いて筒状にした日本料理（和食）。弁当の定番の惣菜であり、家庭料理の一つで日本独特の調理法である。「厚焼き卵」とも呼ばれる。
