つきましては商品に不足がありましたのでご報告いたします。
商品番号〇〇(x12)がレシートには２度記載されていますが１２点しか入っておりません。
レシートの写真を添付しましたのでご確認願います。
ちなみに当方の注文は12点のみでした。
冷え込んでおりますのでご自愛ください。
