3. Damage Report from your local FedEx or an itemized repair order or damage statement from a certified technician.
Please note that claims can only be filed up to the declared price of your items within your shipment.
Fedex only allows 21 days from the date of delivery for a claim to be filed.
Please provide us with the necessary documentation at your earliest convenience and a claim will be filed immediately.
