ギターのネックがひどく反っています（12フレットから13フレットの付近でV字型にひどく反っています）。残念ながらトラスロッドを使ってもこの反りを直すことはできず、フレットを全て交換し指板を削る必要があります。ペグの交換も含めて、結局修理費に800ドル程の費用がかかりました。100%のコンディションという事で購入しましたが、こんなに多くの問題を抱えたギターでとても残念です。既に125ドルの返金をしていただきましたが、せめて修理費の半分だけでも返金していただけませんでしょうか？

The neck is severely warped (severely warped in a shape of "V" around the 12th and 13th fret). Unfortunately, adjusting the trans rod will not fix this warp. The only way is to exchange the entire fret and shave the finger board. Including the replacement pegs, the cost was around $800 to fix. I am very disappointed that this guitar has so many problems, when I was told it is in great condition when making the purchase. I received a refund of $125 already, but can you refund me at least half of the repair cost?

The guitar neck is severely bent (the neck area in between the 12th and 13th frets is especially bent in a V-shape). Unfortunately, I was not able to fix the bent neck by adjusting the truss rod, and had to replace all the frets and shave the fingerboard. I have spent a total of $800 in repair costs, including the replacement of the pegs. I have purchased this guitar assuming that it was in perfect condition, but I was disappointed that the guitar I received had so many problems. Although I had received a refund of $125, I would like to ask if it is possible to have at least half of the repair cost refunded additionally.
