ギターのネックがひどく反っています（12フレットから13フレットの付近でV字型にひどく反っています）。残念ながらトラスロッドを使ってもこの反りを直すことはできず、フレットを全て交換し指板を削る必要があります。ペグの交換も含めて、結局修理費に800ドル程の費用がかかりました。100%のコンディションという事で購入しましたが、こんなに多くの問題を抱えたギターでとても残念です。既に125ドルの返金をしていただきましたが、せめて修理費の半分だけでも返金していただけませんでしょうか？
The guitar neck is severely bent (the neck area in between the 12th and 13th frets is especially bent in a V-shape). Unfortunately, I was not able to fix the bent neck by adjusting the truss rod, and had to replace all the frets and shave the fingerboard. I have spent a total of $800 in repair costs, including the replacement of the pegs. I have purchased this guitar assuming that it was in perfect condition, but I was disappointed that the guitar I received had so many problems. Although I had received a refund of $125, I would like to ask if it is possible to have at least half of the repair cost refunded additionally.
