購入者の勘違いで、ネガティブな評価をされてしまいました。
現在のことろ、購入者に連絡をしてネガティブな評価を削除してもらいました。
購入者の誤解であることを分かってもらえました。
しかし、私のNegative Feedback Rateの指標は悪化したままですので、とても困っています。
これは購入者の間違いであって、私は何も問題を起こしていません。
私の販売活動に多大なる影響を及ぼしている為に、
Negative Feedback Rateの指標を元に戻して頂けませんか?

After contacting the purchaser,the purchaser has deleted his negative evaluation.
I have convinced him that it is his misunderstanding.
But the problem is that the indices of my Negative Feedback Rate has gone down.
It has nothing that I have done but it is a problem in purchaser's side.
