The repair based on the insurance contract will be done by Fujifilm Japan. If your item breaks within a year after the day of purchase, you need to send it to Fujifilm Repair Center in Japan and have repaired by them.
FUJIFILM is in charge of warranty for repair in Japan. You can ship your FUJIFILM product to their repair center in Japan to repair if it is damaged within one year from its purchase date.
