Regarding the below item that we requested for forwarding, the FeDEX branch in the US insists that they have not received the package.
Is this item still in MyUS?
If so, I would like to request to have it sent out immediately.
Also, please let me know if there was a change in the tracking number.
In addition, we have been asked in a separate occasion to show the invoice for the package. Is this related to the unshipped package in question?
I am suffering a great deal of inconvenience due to not having the item.
Please address this situation as soon as possible.
