東京・五反田と有明で複合コンベンション施設を運営するTOCは、2015年初頭のオープンを目指し、新展示場を建設する。
小学校跡地に地上2階建て、総展示場面積約4700平米の多目的催事空間を計画している。名称は「TOC五反田メッセ」となる予定。
1階は店舗等を付帯するＬ字型で5分割可能の催事場と3室の小会議室。面積は約1700平米、天井高は3.5ｍとなっている。
2階は中央にホワイエを付帯し、10分割可能の催事場で、面積は約3000平米㎡の無柱空間。天井高は4ｍ。
屋上は駐車場となる。
