We have reviewed your estimate. We are currently in the process of negotiating with other vendors as well. Would it be possible for you to offer at the same price by using PayPal for payment?
We are slightly concerned about the quality, too. It appears that the goods delivered are of poorer quality ever since the new person is in charge. We would appreciate it if you could improve on the quality.
