使用中添付のように線が切れたと報告がありました。
保証期間内のお客様ですが、商品交換で対応できますか？
添付のようにネジがとれた状態です。
本当に新品でしょうか？見た目中古です
お客様も怒って返品してきました
御社はどのように対応いただけますか？
最近本当に不具合や欠品が多いです。
他の商品と比較して不具合の少ない商品はどれか教えていただけますか？

When will you make refund?
If your response is late, I will file complaint to PayPal.
It has already past 6 days since I filed an appeal.
There was a report that the line was cut while using it as attached.
The customer has the item within the warranty period, will you arrange replacement?
The screw was detached as attached.
Is it really brandnew? It looks like it's used.
Our customer became mad and returned it.
How would you handle this case?
These days there are so many items with faults and missing pieces.
Will you let us know which item has less faults compared to other items?
We will only sell such items.
