1945年に海兵団（Kaiheidan）へ入隊する際に家族や親類、地元の名士によって作成された寄せ書きの旗です。
だるまの絵や風水画などがみごとに描かれています。78年間大切に保管されてきた品です。
日本の博多地方に伝わる「にわかの面（Hakata Niwaka Mask）」が書かれた旗です。さらに零戦の飛行機やサングラスの人物など、めったに見ることのない構成です。
