輸送会社にご連絡をしましたが、残念ながらお届けからご連絡までの時間が掛かりすぎている為、弁償が出来ないとの返事を貰いました。
そこで、ご提案させて下さい。
返送するにも料金が発生します。
壊れた商品を戻されても双方に利益はありません。
そこで、半額を返金させて戴きますので、
それで納得して戴けませんか？

The item had no problem at the time when we shipped it out, so it is supposed to have been broken during the transportation.
We contacted the carrier, but regretfully they told us that they cannot recompense you because too many days have passed after the delivery.
So pleae allow us to give you a proposal.
Return shipping also involves money.
There will be no merit for both of us if you return the broken item. Can you agree to the solution that we will refund you the half price?
