伺いたいことがあってメールした次第です。
製品に付属していたACアダプターでは、日本でそのまま販売できないため、別途弊社で用意したものを使用しています。
充電しながら点灯するとわずかに光が点滅してしまいます。
技術的な知識がないため、理由がわかりません。
おそらくは御社のものと弊社のもので仕様が違うからだと思います。
御社のACアダプター：8.4V、1A
弊社のACアダプター：9V、1.3A
どういった理由からこのような現象が起こるのか、
何か対策出来ることはあるか、
上記二点を教えて下さい。

AC power adaptor included in your product cannot be used in Japan so we provided different one.
With using the AC adaptor we provided, a light on it was dimly flashing while charging and turning on. I have no technical background so that I don’t have any idea on this phenomenon. I suspected it was because the specification difference of those chargers.
Charger from you company: DC1.8V, 1A
Charger provided In Japan: DC9V, 1.3A
If you have any idea and any measure regarding this phenomenon please let me know.
