来週初めまで入手できないと仰せですが、未到着の商品の事を指しますか?
注文して2か月以上経っても届かないため、大変困っています。
来週に到着しない場合は、未到着の商品代金を全額ご返金ください。

I'd like to purchase S200 on a continuous basis since they are very marketable in Japan.
Could you tell me if you accept additional orders as soon as you know about it?

You said you aren't able to get them until early next week.
Did you mean back-ordered items?
It's been over two months since I ordered those, so I am deeply perturbed.
If you can't get them by early next week, I want a full refund on those back-ordered items.

Please reply to this e-mail with current status on them.
I feel very anxious without knowing details.

You wrote that the goods would not become available till early next week. Are you talking about the goods that have not arrived me by now?
Over two months have passed since I placed an order, which is causing much trouble to me.
In the case I cannot receive the goods next week, please refund all the money for the goods that have failed to reach me.

In your next mail to me, please give me the detailed information about the current status.
I grow uneasy unless I can grasp the situation well.
