日本まで輸入するのに使った、輸入代行業者の手数料も支払って下さい。
この商品は、
個人が、
日本から米国へ輸出できる重量制限を超えているため、
返送することができません。
送りたくても、日本から海外へ送ることができません

Earlier, I have received the email you sent.
If refunding of the full amount of the product cost is difficult, I don't mind if you can only send at least for the damaged part.
The damaged part is the net of the speaker.
The net and the built in screw had multiple damages.
I am fine with having a replacement sent even just for this part alone.
Please shoulder the fees whether it's for importation (direct) to Japan or if an importer (agency) will be used.
Since this product,
in itself,
exceeds the weight limit for transporting from Japan to the USA, a return is not possible.
Though I want to send it, sending this from Japan to abroad is not possible.
