ネットと一体型になっているビスが複数折れていました。
この部分だけ、代わりの物を送って頂く形でも構いません。
日本まで輸入するのに使った、輸入代行業者の手数料も支払って下さい。
この商品は、
個人が、
日本から米国へ輸出できる重量制限を超えているため、
返送することができません。
送りたくても、日本から海外へ送ることができません

It would be acceptable if you could provide me only a replacement for the damaged part.
The damaged parts are on the mesh part on the speaker. Some of the screws integrated with the mesh part were broken. (訳注：ビスというのがネジならこのまま、もしギザギザのない短いものなら screws を tabs に変えてください）
I would not mind if you send me the replacement only.
Also, I want you to refund the fee I paid to the shipping agent for importing the product.
As this product exceeds the weight limit for export to the US from a private individual here, I cannot return it to you even if I wish to.
