ん？「外注先」の意味が良くとれておらず、御社が卸す先の販社としてしまいましたが、なんか違う気がしてきました。受け取り業務を依頼している外注先ということなら、 our shipping agent になるかと思います。
また、customs reason はcustoms clearance reason の方がいいかと思います。
