日本のエレクトロニクス産業の衰退には、様々な原因があるが
いくつか代表的な問題を挙げてみます。
グローバル化の軽視
日本企業の世界の早いグローバル化の流れに対する軽視と対応の遅れである。
現在、エレクトロニクス分野で成長している、サムスンやLG
などは、企画、プロモーション全てにおいて、最初から世界を
ターゲットにして展開する。しかし日本企業はまず日本国内を第一に考える
傾向があり、世界展開は二の次である。
また日本企業の大きなの欠点は、決定の遅さである。
何事も決めるのに非常に時間がかかる。
Disparagement of globalization
The first problem is that Japanese companies disparaged fast globalization in the world.
Now, Samsung and LG which is developing in electronics targets all over the world in planning, promoting and everything else from first. But Japanese companies tend to target domestic market first, and later they target rest of the world.
One of the biggest problems is slowness of determination.
It takes much time to determine everything.
and I would like to take some typical issues as examples.
Disregards for Globalization
One of them is the disregards for worldwide, rapid globalization and the late response to it.
Today companies growing in electronics fields such as Samson and LG target the world to expand its business from the top on everything--from planning to promotion. However, Japanese companies first tend to consider the domestic as the primary and the world as the second. Moreover, their big flaws is the late decision. Everything will extremely take time to be decided.
ゆとり教育
日本は高度成長期の後半の80後半から90年代前半より、教育改革を行い
ゆとり教育という政策を進めた。それにより、大幅に学校の授業が削られた。
90年代前半までは日本では土曜日も普通に学校があったが、現在は他の国々と
同じく土日の週休2日制になっている。このゆとり教育が始まって以来、
特にエレクトロニクス分野の開発に必要な理数系の学力が格段に落ちてきている。
上記以外の要因もまだあると思います。
Japan's government pursued its policy of education reform called 'more relaxed education policy' from the late 1980's to the early 1990's. Accordingly, the number of classes was considerably cut back from school curriculas.
All schools had Saturday classes up until the early 90's in Japan,but they implement a five-day-week system like other countries.
Since the beginnings of the more relaxed education policy, scholastic ability, specially in science and math which are necessary for the development of the electronics field is failing considerably.
I suposse there are factors other than mentioned above.
Japan renovated the education from late of 1980s to early of 1990s, and lighter education curriculum was introduces. Therefore large part of classes were abolished.
Until early 1990s we had classes on Saturdays. But now we don't have classes on Saturdays and Sundays as well as in other countries. Since the lighter education curriculum started, academic abilities, especially in mathematics and science needed for developing electronics industry, got worse and it's still declining.
I think these are not all.
Japan conducted educational reforms during late 80's to early 90's, an age of high economic growth, and proceeded a more relaxed education policy. Due to that, a large part of classes in school was cut off. We generally had school on Saturdays until early 90's, but now we take five-day week system like other countries. Since this more relaxed education policy started, academic standard of math and science education, especially ones required for the development of electronics industries, has been shrply dropped.
There are still other factors besides ones above.
