I received 7 items out of the entire order yesterday.
I have not received the remaining 8 items.
I'm so unsatisfied with this deal because of poor packing.
First of all, please do not use "small particles" type of cushion again in the future.
They stick into the hollows of the main unit all over and it's very difficult to remove them.
Next, regarding "AAA", one part was broken on arrival.
Please make refund or send replacement.
I'd like to maintain long term relationship with you,
